Grandpa's Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 3 lb flank steak
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1/3 c canola oil
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp chopped chutney
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Score steak well.
Step 2
To prepare marinade, mix all additional ingredients together.
Step 3
Marinate steak in mixture for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Drain liquid and grill steak on med-high or under broiler about 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Step 5
Baste with marinade, and slice in thin slices on the diagonal.
