Maple Poppy Seed Dressing

My neighbor, Spencer, has CF. I have participated in the Great Strides Walk over the years and have raised money for Spencer’s Team with an annual letter writing campaign. I know how important nutrition is to CF patients and I thought I would share a healthful salad dressing to enhance the flavor of all the wonderful raw greens and vegetables from the farm to your table! Ingredients

  • 1 c grape seed oil
  • 3 fl oz apple cider vinegar
  • 3 fl oz pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together in a glass bowl.

Step 2
Store in refrigerator and use as needed.
