Ingredients
- 1 c shoestring potatoes
- 1 can(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 7 oz can tuna, drained
- 6 oz can evaporated milk
- 4 oz jar chopped pimento
- 3 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 oz mushrooms, sliced and broiled
Instructions
Step 1
Reserve 1 oz of shoestring potatoes for topping.
Step 2
Combine rest with other ingredients.
Step 3
Dump them together into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Step 4
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
