Fat Man Shake
We call this the "Fat Man Shake" for a good reason; my husband has been able to maintain a weight above 170 lbs. since I began making it religiously for him. When we first began dating, I began to tinker with his food to make sure he was eating things that were nutritious and had enough calories. One of our breakthroughs was freezing avocados into cube form to make a smooth and thick shake. Over time his shake went through several transformations, and became the recipe below. He told me that he knew I was really the one when I went through so much trouble just to improve his shakes. We have been married for 5 months now, and I truly believe that we have a long future ahead of us

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp avocado (or frozen avocado cubes)
- 1 banana
- 1 Ensure Plus shake
- 2 Tbsp Flax seed oil
- 3 Tbsp Keifer
- 2 Scoops of chocolate (or any flavor) protein (weight gainer) powder
- 1/3 c coconut milk
- 1 c whole milk
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients except milk into a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth
Step 3
Add milk to desired thickness.
