Ingredients
- 4 lb salmon fillet
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 juiced lemons
- 4 crushed cloves garlic
- 3 chopped green onions
- Chopped cilantro to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter; add lemon juice and garlic, cilantro, green onions. Mix well.
Step 2
Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil that is large enough to completely wrap and seal the fillet. Place salmon on the foil; pour butter mixture on the salmon. Seal the salmon in foil.
Step 3
Place on barbecue grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Can also be cooked in a preheated 350-degree F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
