Crackle Sugar Cookies
This is a recipe we always make for the kids to snack on after heavy duty playing in the yard!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c soft butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cream butter and sugar and add egg yolks and vanilla.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients.
Step 4
Hand roll into walnut size balls dusting with either sugar or cinnamon sugar.
Step 5
Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Step 6
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
